In this busy role, you will be responsible for managing the workflow across two locations, from idea to final concept.  You will thrive on leading a team, inspiring and motivating those to get the best result not only for the client, but the future of the firm.  You will be a strong creative challenge, who is commercially astute and able to convey creative concepts at a higher level, but execute accurately to the smallest detail.  

You may be required to contribute to larger pitches, as well enjoy the opportunity to meet in person with clients and relish the opportunity to build strong relationships.  Detail orientated, you will be the final 'checkpoint', before the creative is released.  There is some travel involved in this role, and you will be managing a team of which some is based remotely. 

You will have a strong background as a creative in a brand agency, or alternatively have ventured into a brand management role and decided to return to agency.  It is essential that you have strong leadership skills and are adept at managing workflows.  It is essential that you have strong skills across the Adobe Creative Suite of products, and would be advantageous if you have previously managed and directed photo shoots.
