We are on the hunt for a Marketing Operations Manager to join our world-class Marketing team based out of our HQ in Auckland. This role reports directly to the Vice President of Revenue Operations and has the opportunity to work for a renowned kiwi company with the opportunity to work on a global stage. This role develops, facilitates and maintains the Vend global marketing infrastructure, currently utilizing tools such as Marketo and MadKudu, in a way that ultimately grows the bottom line.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING IN A TYPICAL WEEK?

- You will be identifying best practice for our Marketing systems, fine-tuning how we manage leads that come into our sales funnel, and developing new processes that enable global marketing to accelerate and scale quickly

- This role has a few direct reports. You are  comfortable as a people leader, have experience in coaching and developing staff, able to facilitate 1:1’s and can strongly communicate a vision

- Bridges the gap between Marketing & other departments. You will work closely with the Sales Operations team to provide visibility on lead sources, campaigns, and improving pipeline management.

- Works closely with Business Intelligence and finance to build, maintain, and refine key metric reports

- Proactively identifies and delivers on initiatives that directly contribute to brand and/or pipeline growth

- You continue to redefine and improve existing lead scoring models

- Financial Management: Responsible for global marketing spend, forecasts, and actuals.
 

DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?

- You have 3+ years working in a relatable marketing role

- Have held a similar role in a SaaS organisation (or similar),  or have a solid understanding of B2B marketing principles

- Bonus points if you have used Marketo, Salesforce, Madkudu or Chili Piper!
