You will be a part of the Digital Team delivering initiatives to a wide range of clients across the AA's business units.

As a key member of the Digital Marketing Team you'll work alongside a wide range of AA's business units to plan, develop, implement and continuously improve digital marketing communications to assist the business in meeting its objectives.

We'll give you the chance to develop your expertise by:

• Executing end to end digital campaigns
• Reviewing, reporting and critiquing campaign briefs and working with business units to create the best campaigns and solutions for our customers
• Building and deploying campaigns using our Marketing Automation Platform
• Selecting and targeting relevant campaigns using customer data
• Developing strong relationships with the business to better understand the customer journey to ensure effective campaign performance
• Developing your understanding of data segmentation and customer targeting
• Using your knowledge of the Google product suite particularly AdWords, YouTube and Analytics

You will need to have:

• Attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• A talent for planning and organisational skills including the ability to have multiple jobs on the go
• A tertiary qualification in marketing

You will also have a strong knowledge of remarketing and targeting principals as well as experience in multi-channel marketing planning and execution.

Experience with social media platforms will be important as well as an understanding of the direct and digital marketing process.
