And now, we’re building a brand-new NZ marketing team, based in Auckland, working closely with our Sydney colleagues. If you are an experienced marketer looking for your next challenge, this is an excellent opportunity to join us as the Brand Manager working on well-known Kiwi household pain-relief brands such as Panadol and Voltaren.

About you:

You will be an accomplished marketer who can drive the development and implementation of brand strategy within consumer healthcare, FMCG or similar market. You will have the drive to take initiative and work under own direction as well as a proven track record of successful teamwork. Key skills:

  • Strong marketing capabilities across various aspects of marketing campaigns development
  • Communication and interpersonal skills for liaising effectively with internal and external stakeholders and building strong networks
  • Sound commercial acumen, with the ability to utilise and leverage data in decision making. 
  • Project Management capabilities
  • Digital background desirable

     

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage the development & implementation of annual strategic and activation plans for the NZ Pain Management brands.
  • Execute NZ consumer communications plans that support the key growth drivers and marketing strategies (this can include media briefs, consumer advertising & promotions, packaging development, expert marketing, research & customer presentations).
  • Own NZ annual A&P budget management across the NZ Pain Management brands; co-ordinate inputs from brand, expert, shopper, category & finance teams.
  • Build and foster productive working relationships with relevant ANZ agencies and suppliers.
  • Participate in the implementation of digital transformation initiatives in ANZ.
  • Assist in the management of the Pain Product Launches across ANZ.
