NOW is growing rapidly and we are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager, based at the Head Office in Ahuriri, Napier. Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Digital, you will be responsible for ensuring that NOW’s product and service portfolio delights and excites our customers, both business and residential.

You will be responsible for designing and implementing a product portfolio that delivers against the needs of both kiwi homes and businesses. You’ll need to have an eye for opportunities, developing innovative business cases for new products and services. Your strong focus on commercial analysis and pricing strategy for new product offerings will provide the basis for strong product recommendations effectively communicated with the wider business. Taking product development from conception to market launch, including training the sales and marketing teams in our product portfolio, will be important, as will working with our communications team to launch products to appropriate audiences.

To be successful in this role you will have:
 

• 6+ years of relevant marketing, product development and pricing experience
• B2B and B2C marketing experience
• A proven track record in strategic thinking and insight-driven proposition development
• Strong written communication with the unique ability to translate technical product constructs into clear and compelling customer communications.
• Commercially savvy with a strong level of commercial acumen
• A strong understanding of the marketing mix (including communication and channel) and an ability to operate across this to deliver against business growth objectives.
• A demonstrable history of effectively managing internal and external relationships to deliver on-time, on-budget products to market.
• Experience in telecommunications or technology products and services would be an advantage
