An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate digital marketing professional looking for a challenge on the wild and wonderful West Coast.
Destination Westland is a progressive, forward thinking company with a wide portfolio of commercial activities on the West Coast. The company operates in the property, aviation, public facilities and events arenas and no two days are ever the same! These are exciting times for the company with the addition of several new entities and as such we are looking for a digital marketing specialist to implement and lead a new digital marketing strategy on a part time basis. The position will be based in Hokitika, the “Cool Little Town.”
You will work with team members within the Company to create marketing, social media and website campaigns. You will combine and use web technologies to achieve our business marketing and growth goals and you will identify needs, new opportunities and aspire to increase brand awareness and improve customer experience across all of our entities.
To be successful in this position you will have a degree or other relevant qualification in communications or marketing, and a minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar or related role.
Please note that whilst this position will cover a wide range of marketing tasks, there will be a strong emphasis on the digital side of things.
