The opportunity
Until now the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand (REINZ) and the Auckland District Law Society (ADLS) have had a joint monopoly on property sales agreements, almost unheard of in other countries! REINZ and ADLS are expensive, outdated and unloved 💔. Meet realforms, New Zealand’s #1 Real Estate Agreement Platform. We are paperless, automated and 100% legal. Everyone loves realforms because it’s faster and easier. Our app is also more powerful and even more cost-effective than the rest. There are 15,955 active real estate agents in New Zealand who until now didn’t have any better options to complete agreements online 🚀. 

What is realforms?
A patent-pending web-based app for real estate agents and conveyancers to go paperless, make more money and save time. Our full suite of electronic agreements uses a smart contract to time-stamp on the Blockchain once finalised (coming soon).

Your duties

  • Write content for email marketing and blogs

  • Engage with key industry bloggers & journalists

  • Convert paperwork into Web Form (using our patent pending software)

  • Regular webinars & online demos 

  • General admin duties

  • Documenting bugs

  • Google AdWords and banners

  • Animated GIFs

  • Create app walkthroughs (Appcues)

  • Social media posts on instagram, twitter and Facebook (Hootsuite)

  • Implement changes base on analytics (Hotjar and Mixpanel)

  • Creating user guides and FAQs (video, infographics, knowledge base etc.)

  • Document internal procedures

  • Online support (through intercom)

You will have:

  • Flawless writing and communication skills

  • Worked with several CRM, marketing, social media and analytics tools

  • Startup experience

  • Motivation like no other

  • Exceptional attention to detail
