Utility Scan Taranaki Ltd (UST) is a new and innovative company based in Taranaki. Our specialist field is underground cable locating. Utilities such as water, power, gas and telecommunications are the services we locate. We also provide water leak detection services.
We use the latest to industry Ground Penetrating Radar and Electromagnetic Locating equipment.
We are looking for someone to join our team as a locating technician. This person will be someone who can provide exceptional service to our customers and takes pride in doing a job well.
Previous experience in utility location and/or water leak detection services would be an advantage.
Other key attributes the successful candidate will need are
- Current NZ Drivers Licence.
- Physically fit and able to work in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to read and interpret maps and plans.
- Self motivated and able to plan and effectively manage time and tasks.
- A commitment to personal and work place health and safety.
