With the workshop located in Christchurch, you will provide technical assistance to assist in trouble-shooting and provide technical, operational and product training to our customers located all over the island. You will work to install, repair and refurbish our high quality, state of the art espresso and automatic coffee equipment.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- ESTA and ESTB qualifications (essential)
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Experience trouble shooting and repairing coffee machines or vending equipment
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- High attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills
- strong problem solving ability
- A full valid drivers licence
