THE POSITION
The Casual Concierge position is essentially responsible for providing concierge or reception services on behalf of the client to all nominated building tenants, guests and visitors. Premium Concierge services include key tenant familiarization & relationships, meet and greet visitors, advise on local services or attractions, valet service, providing directions, communication to tenants and generally dealing with all customer service queries that present at the front desk.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
To be considered for an opportunity with Wilson Security, you must be able to demonstrate that you have the skills, experience & appropriate certification within the following areas:
- Confident interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal)
- Professional personal presentation
- Exceptional work attendance
- The confidence and ability to take ownership of the service delivery of which comes under your control
- An ability to form effective client and tenant relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to produce high quality performance reports
