Essential attributes include:
- B Class electrical license
- Experience in assessing & repairing electrical and pneumatic power tools
- Good mechanical aptitude
- An ability to plan and schedule repairs
- Knowledge of all leading power tool brands
- A genuine commitment to safety
- Intermediate computer skills
- Good communication skills with a strong customer focus
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
