About the business and the role
We are a local company who specialise in Custom design and manufacture in all aspects of Stainless Steel Balustrade that compliment our clients requirements. We cater to the High end residential market. We are seeking a person who will consider each job as our most important, ensuring a high level of workmanship in relation to both Stainless Steel and Glass installations onsite. We encourage a strong Team relationship ensuring that our finished products are delivered and installed for the client in the most professional manner. With precision planning, we are able to produce a high quality output of custom fabrication.
Job tasks and responsibilities
As our Senior Balustrade Installer you will be required to co ordinate and supervise a small onsite team. You will be responsible for ;
- Precision Levelling & Measuring onsite prior to order and production
- Completion of administration paperwork for the production of each job
- Preparation of site vehicle, tooling, materials and equipment for each day
- ensuring that onsite rules and regulations are adhered to
- installations onsite from plans and drawings
- Quality control & final detail precision of your onsite Installtions
Skills and experience
- Adequate installation experience
- TIG welding experience advantageous
- Problem solving experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Current WA drivers licence
- White Card
- Permission to work in Australia
- Ability to read and interpret plans, diagrams and drawings
- Pass drug and alcohol testing
