Carpenter/ General Handyman
Glad Group Pty Ltd is backed by 30 years of experience expanding across Cleaning, Security, Maintenance and Concierge within the Retail and Commercial Sectors. Within the Glad Maintenance Pty Ltd entity currently seeking experienced Carpenter/ General Handyman.
This is a great opportunity to make this your own position supported by a National Organisation and a close knit team. The role is suitable for carpenters, joiners, cabinet making, repairers, painters, plumber, plasterers and groundskeepers
Skills and Experience:
- Valid driver's license
- Valid White Card
- Proven industry experience
- Reliable, hardworking and can work as part of a greater team or autonomously
- Extensive knowledge of the Industry
- Customer service
- Basic Microsoft Office Skills
- First Aid Certificate (Advantaged)
- Working With Children Check (Advantage)
- National Police Check (less than 3 months old)
- Plumber qualifications and experience - Advantage
- Carpenter qualification and experience - Advantage
- Cabinet Making and repairs
Responsibilities:
- Manage jobs allocated until completion
- Provide updates on job progression
- Liaise with clients
- Work within deadlines and budgets
- Collaborative, team worker and willing to go above and beyond.
