About the business
As part of the Ecodynamics group, this position is based at our Bayswater site, and is part of our Maintenance Team specifically involving the service and maintenance of our fleet of Trucks, Trailers, Light vehicles, Hydroseeders, Earth Moving Equipment and Blower Units.
The WeBlow & Aquaseeding businesses at Bayswater provide flexible, quick, efficient and guaranteed Blower Truck, Hydroseeding and material supply services to the Commercial Landscaping and Construction sectors, as well as to Local Government and Council Service providers across metropolitan Melbourne, surrounding suburbs and country Victoria.
About the role
We have a full time position available for an energetic person who wants to be part of an expanding business. Working a 40 hour week with overtime when required.
The Diesel Mechanic will be responsible for providing support to the Maintenance Supervisor, Yards Man, Operations Manager and the Field Crew. The tasks involved in the job include, but are not limited to, servicing and maintaining all plant and equipment, metal work and fabrication and general shed clean up.

Licences and Tickets
- 4th year apprentice or fully qualified Diesel Mechanic
- Loader Licence, HR Licence - Preferred but not a requirement
The Blower units are very specialised pieces of equipment and hence training and up skilling will be provided as part of this position.
