Our client are experts in high voltage offering high voltage testing and commissioning, maintenance, installation, high voltage switching, circuit breaker retrofit solutions and high voltage cable terminating. As an industry leader they are expanding and require the services of 2 skilled HV Service Technicians.

This role is Brisbane based servicing sites around the great South East
Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Commissioning and testing HV protections systems.
• Commissioning and testing HV Plant.
• Commissioning and Testing Power Generation Systems.
• Protection Relay Testing.
• HV Primary and secondary system testing.
• Assist in preparation of commissioning/testing documentation, test plans and create detailed technical reports on completion of works.
• Carry out JSHAs etc. prior to commencing any new works in order to identify hazards and implement the necessary controls.
• Knowledge of HV/LV Transformer Testing 

Experience, skills and qualifications

• Must hold QLD Electrical License.
• Current CPR/LVR
• Construction industry card (white card)
• Manual Driver’s License.
• HV Switching Ticket 
• Proven ability meeting project quality, schedule and budget requirements.
• Strong commitment to maintaining high safety standards
