As a key part of the McNab Plant and Equipment Hire business, your responsibilities will include, but not limited to;
- Transport of construction plant and equipment on our Tilt Tray (HR) Truck. This will be twice per week to Brisbane as well as our other locations in the South East QLD region on an ad-hoc basis.
- Willingness to conduct general labouring, maintenance and cleaning of plant and equipment;
- Maintenance and cleanliness of the workshop and yard in Toowoomba;
- Deliver a high level of service to all internal and external stakeholders;
To be successful in this position you will have:
- A clean QLD HR Drivers Licence (essential)
- A Fork Lift (LF) ticket (essential)
- Construction blue/white card (essential)
- A willingness to take on consistent labouring and cleaning duties around the yard.
- A basic mechanical aptitude (highly desirable)
- A Test and tag ticket (highly desirable);
- Flexible working attitude to deal with reactive requests (deliveries etc);
- The ability to work with minimal supervision and within a team;
- A willingness to go above and beyond the basic requirements of your role.
