Clark Equipment Sales Pty Ltd is a leading distributor of Materials Handling & Construction Equipment offering brands including Omega, Clark, Bobcat and Doosan. We are currently seeking to appoint an experienced professional to the position of Aftermarket Service Manager.
We are looking for a committed self-starter with a drive to succeed and the ability to follow company principles and policy that will lead to that success. Experience in the materials handling or Construction equipment industry is essential and relevant mechanical or tertiary qualifications would be advantageous.
Working in conjunction with our Service Manager, the primary objective in this role will be to establish new business opportunities for our Service department primarily focusing on new customers, but also servicing our existing customer base with a specific emphasis on providing quality customer service in line with specific targets.
Major responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Estimating and quoting service, repairs and overhauls of equipment.
- Developing refurbishing and overhaul packages across all products.
- Assist with local marketing to major accounts and OEM operators.
- Identify, promote and develop relationships with new and existing customers.
- Generating new service business.
- Serve as technical and warranty resource within specified area.
- Prepare reports and maintain effective customer records.
- Conduct professional presentations to prospective customers.
- Develop and assist with long term plans that detail Objectives and strategies for increasing our market share.
- Promoting and establishing maintenance contracts and agreements.
- Supporting our Field Service Staff.
- Assist in developing rental and sales markets by developing new relationships.
- Liaising with Sales in Maintaining Fixed Price & PDI Costs.
- Provide objective and structured feedback.
This is a salaried position with a company vehicle.
Salary will be determined according to qualifications and experience.
