About the business
We are a well established engineering company that has provided quality machining and fabrication services to a range of reputable organisations over the past 40 years.
About the role
This position will be an ongoing, long term role for an experienced boilermaker. The scope of work will involve the fabrication of a variety of small to medium mechanical and structural projects, along with the the following key tasks;
- Interpreting and reading detailed technical drawings
- Mig welding to a high standard
- Working both independently and within a small team
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have the following key attributes:
- Trade qualifications as a Boilermaker / Fabricator
- Experience with MIG welding
- Good organisational skills with the ability to successfully prioritise work and use initiative
- Have good attention to detail
- Previous exposure to small to medium manufacturing or engineering environments
