Workshop All-rounder and Welder
Want to work in an innovative small family business? We have designed award-winning machinery, and we are looking for a Workshop All-rounder and Welder to join our team.
The role will be working on hardfacing parts, research and development projects, and machine repairs and maintenance including some travel. Occasionally working with the parts division and on the robotic welder.
We are looking for a someone who can work autonomously and effectively.
The role will start on a casual basis with the potential to go full time.
To be successful you must have the following qualities:
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Self-motivated
- Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and written
- Problem solving skills
- Experience in welding
- Experience in mobile machinery
- A HR licence is essential
- Strong focus on safety and following all OSH policies
