About the Role
 
We are seeking an experienced customer service focused individual who can help keep our busy service department organised & supported each day.  Keeping cool under pressure & handling multiple enquiries on the phone & in person is quite typical, so this role will not suit those not up for a daily challenge.  Knowledge of vehicles is not required, but only strong individuals will be considered for this role.  We have a great team & the right person will truly love working here but it would not be wise to apply unless you know you have what it takes.

  • Timely answering of incoming phone calls
  • Service bookings
  • Accurate data maintenance

  • Must thrive in a busy environment & be unfazed by peak periods
  • Strong & confident demeanour with the proverbial “thick skin”
  • Superb customer communication & follow up techniques
  • Excellent personal organisational skills
