Excel Recruitment is currently seeking expressions of interests for experienced Boilermakers/Welders for upcoming projects and potential ongoing positions.

In order to be successful for this role you will be required to submit an up to date resume and have two contactable references.

Duties include:

• Accurately cutting materials
• Carrying out other processes such as drilling, tapping, machining etc
• Welding and assembling products to industry standards
• Quality inspecting fabrication work
• Work under their own initiative and work well with others
• Other miscellaneous tasks

Skills/experience:

• Trade qualifications in welding and fabrication
• Practical experience - if not certified then at least 5 years’ experience
• A passionate and driven individual
• Well-presented individual
• Background and experience in welding, boiler-making and metal fabrication is essential
• Previous experience in structural steel fabrication, especially to high tolerance is of high value
• Knowledge of other manufacturing techniques such fitting and machining is also valuable but not essential
