Our client is looking for an experienced Heavy Vehicle Diesel Mechanic to join their Brisbane based team.
This major client is a national organisation and is highly respected within their industry sector.
The highly sought after role will be reporting to the State Maintenance Manager, and the successful applicant will perform fault diagnosis, repair and maintenance of company vehicles and equipment.
Key aspects of this role include:
• Routine services and maintenance repairs (necessary and preventative maintenance) on our large fleet of modern vehicles and trucks.
• Fault diagnosis both electrical and hydraulic (Hydrostatics ideally)
• Maintain accurate records of work completed
In order to be successful in this role, it is essential that candidates have:
• A (heavy vehicle road transport) diesel mechanic qualification with previous experience in a similar role
• Previous experience working on heavy vehicle road transport
• Hydrostatics experience
• HR licence preferred
• A strong team player
• High standards and safety focused
• Strong fit & healthy
• Ability to pass Drug & Alcohol testing
