Responsibilities & Task
An exciting opportunity for a for Customer Service Managers have arisen due to GJK Facility Services' growth in Tasmania. Reporting to the relevant State Manager VIC/TAS the Customer Service Manager is responsible for providing a key operational point of contact between GJK and our clients to ensure the quality of service delivery and the high standard of customer satisfaction our clients have come to expect.

Essential Skills and Attributes
The successful applicant will ideally have the following;
- A demonstrated ability to develop and manage quality client/Stakeholder relationships
- Exceptional interpersonal, planning, time management, organisational and prioritisation skills
- A track record of strong performance working proactively, without direct supervision
- A capacity for analysis and problem solving that extends beyond the 'quick fix'.
- Strong 'people management' capabilities.
- Previous experience in the development of employee rosters and interpreting job (contract) requirements
- A high level of comfort with the MS Office suite of applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong oral and written presentation skills which include administration, training and reporting
- Experience in the soft service cleaning industry.
Education/Qualifications/Industry Experience
- Year 12 or equivalent essential, Tertiary qualifications in business/management or related, preferred,
- Current driver's license
Highly Regarded
- Facility Services/Cleaning industry knowledge/experience, including knowledge of cleaning equipment, standards, methodology etc,
- Formal qualifications (Cert III/Cert IV) in cleaning Operations or similar.
