AUSTRALIAN SKIN CLINICS IS RECRUITING FOR AN ASSISTANT MANAGER/LASER THERAPIST WITH PROVEN SKILLS IN THE AESTHETIC INDUSTRY, LICENSED IN THE USE OF LASERS AND A TRUE AMBASSADOR OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COACHING!
Is this you? Maybe you are ready to develop your management skills? We are seeking a Laser Therapist with the passion and ability to manage in the absence of the manager and assist in coaching, to coach the team in amazing consultation and customer service skills.
Whether you are an experienced Dermal Therapist, Laser Hair Removal Technician or have expertise in Laser Rejuvenation, we are looking for you! Do you have the highest standards in customer service, industry knowledge and a passion for making people look and feel good? The ideal candidate:
- Qualified to Diploma standard in Beauty Therapy
- Ideally experienced in advanced Dermal therapies
- Ideally licensed to operate a laser in Queensland (for Laser roles)
- Ideally experienced in Laser or IPL technologies
- A proven track record in delivering an amazing customer experience
- Passionate about delivering results
- Sales experience
To be an integral member of our high calibre team, you must have the ability to listen to your client understand their needs and prescribe then deliver the appropriate treatments! This includes consultation skills and a sound understanding of skin science.
