About the role
We are looking for an Officer - Site Control to be responsible for the site control services including security, emergency response and site administration.
This role is a great opportunity for an experienced first response medical professional who can remain calm and practical in emergency situations. Reporting to the Superintendent Site Control, you will be:
- Identifying and responding to emergency situations.
- Coordinating emergency call outs and incident communication.
- Securing premises, assets and people, including maritime security
- Rendering appropriate first aid to injured persons and following established protocol for reporting injuries.
- Providing administration support.
About you
To be successfully considered for this role, you will have:
- Experience working in emergency response with a first aid qualification (as a minimum).
- Ability to work a rotating day/night rotating roster and learn new skills including a security license.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office package including Word and Excel with the ability to learn asset maintenance systems.
