A rare opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Representative to join the Customer Service team. This role will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and technical assistance to our valued clientele via the prompt and efficient handling of customer telephone enquiries and order processing, answering of technical enquiries and participating in technical training on product ranges.

To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate the following:

• A keen interest and detailed knowledge for all things automotive, with a strong passion for cars,
• Previous experience and proven performance in a Customer Service or a similar position,
• Excellent communication skills,
• Problem solving skills,
• A keen eye for detail,
• A clear and professional telephone manner,
• Proficient level of computer skills with SAP experience considered desirable, however not essential.

Although not essential, experience in the automotive industry is preferable and will be highly regarded.
