CMI Hino is a mid-sized truck dealership operating from a very modern, well equipped facility in Melbourne’s west. We are a long term authorised dealer for the full range of Hino Trucks & Buses. The Recent opening (December 2017) of our fully renovated stand alone Hino dealership has provided unprecedented growth in our business. We therefore urgently need an additional experienced and highly motivated Parts Interpreter to join our team.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to our existing and new customers
- Handle all parts sales and enquiries
- Process all orders efficiently and accurately
- Prepare detailed quotations for parts supply
- Promote and upsell products
- Work Saturday mornings on a rotating roster
Who you are
- An experienced Parts Interpreter, ideally with a commercial vehicle background however candidates with a strong dealership background in the car industry should also apply.
- A reliable and punctual person, you have a friendly approach and work well in a team.
- Ideally you hold a current forklift licence.
- You are keen to grow your skills base and experience, willing to take on tasks in all aspects of the operation of a dealership Parts Department.
