Company
Our client has grown to become one of Australia's leading Signage organisation’s. Providing services for some of the biggest & highest profile business’s in the country across stadium’s, corporate, fashion, consumer, automotive & the retail industry. With recent acquisitions and added services they are poised for significant growth nationally and require a Senior Production Manager here in Melbourne.
Key responsibilities of the role will include:
- Run & manage day to day operations of the warehouse/factory
- Manage the fabrication, paint, print and design departments
- Ensure the best quality of products are conducted
- Oversee the scheduling of projects
- Meet schedule of projects being completed
- Create a positive and fun atmosphere
The successful candidate will have the following skills and attributes:
- Production Management experience
- Signage/Fabrication or Industrial background
- Degree or qualifications advantageous
- Strong work ethic
- Able to work autonomously
Remuneration
- $90,000 - $110,000 base (Dependent on experience)
- Superannuation
- Bonus scheme
