Maxwell Recruitment are specialist suppliers of engineering tradespeople to the mining & manufacturing industries in the Hunter Region.

We are seeking applications from licensed Electricians that have experience working on under ground mobile mining equipment for immediate start in a local workshop.

THE PROJECT

Shuttle car and continuous miner rebuilds
Local Newcastle workshop
Day & Afternoon shifts available
Top casual rate over $47p/h + overtime + shift allowances

THE REQUIREMENTS

Licensed Electrician
AS 3800 training (desirable) Flame proofing
Experience on electrical major overhaul of underground development mining equipment
Ready to start ASAP
Safety focused and able to pass pre employment drug & alcohol screen
Strong work ethic and positive work attitude
Respond positively to directions and instructions from supervisors working in and as a team
