The successful applicant will be motivated, possess a strong work ethic and be responsible for the repairs and maintenance of the Clubs plant and equipment. The successful applicant will also be involved in all aspects golf course maintenance.
Applicants will ideally possess the following qualifications, skills, experience and attributes;
Mechanical qualifications.
Maintain and repair of all golf course machinery and equipment and ordering parts as required.
Operates, maintains and adjusts turf machinery as appropriate,
Ensure all maintenance records are kept and up to date,
Understanding of OH&S compliance and requirements,
Excellent organisational and communication skills,
Be involved in daily course preparation.
Good people skills,
A can do attitude,
Ability to solve problems and learns new techniques,
Current driver's license
The Turf Equipment Mechanic will report directly to the Course Superintendent ensure the day to day golf course presentation and maintenance is performed to the highest standard.
There is Rostered weekend work and overtime if required
