We are looking for an experienced Field Service Supervisor to provide excellent customer service. The goal is to keep the department running in an efficient and profitable manner, to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty, retention and exceed expectations
This position is responsible for managing and leading the field service team to perform on-site routine services including installation, maintenance, repairs and oversee the scheduling and training of field service representatives. Responsibilities also include handling service contracts and directing support services. Will rely extensively on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. This is a key role in leading the field service team.
This position is based at Clark Equipment Sales Melbourne branch located in Dandenong South.
Other Key Aspects Of The Role Include
- Manage the technical staff to provide a level of support that exceeds customer's expectations, including leave management;
- Review utilization rate of Technicians and ensure performance requirements are met;
- Manage Technician day to day activities;
- Review and manage safety to ensure technicians work in a safe manner;
- Liaise with Parts Department to ensure an efficient work flow;
- Oversee the flow of service related paperwork;
- Monitor and control rental repair and maintenance scheduling and costs;
- Manage the maintenance and condition of service vehicles;
- Identify training and development requirements for Technicians
Qualifications & Experience
- Relevant trade qualification;
- Strong leadership skills including people management and supervision;
- Strong safety experience. Completion of safety qualification is desirable;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Previous experience with managing technicians;
- Experience in customer service;
- Excellent time management and organisation skills;
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong technical ability
- Strong Computer skills including Microsoft Office Word and Excel;
This is a salaried position with a company vehicle.
Salary will be determined according to qualifications and experience.
