Paveline International Pty Ltd is a Leading Australian manufacturer of automated construction and maintenance equipment requires:

One Fitter Position

Fitter Skills & Experience Requirements:

• You will be trade qualified or a 3rd year apprentice with a background in manufacturing
• You will demonstrate capability of working from drawings and schematics
• Experined in pneumatics, hydraulics and manufacturing processes.
• On-site commissioning of this equipment requires occasional travel and white/blue card
• A focus on occupational health and safety

One Welder/Fabricator  – Aluminium Welder Position

Summary of Job Related Responsibilities:

To perform welding and fabrication of metal alloys and to maintain, repair, design, and modify vehicles and construction related equipment; and to construct specialized devices, parts and structures; perform related work.

Welder Skills & Experience Requirements:

• Good knowledge of: the methods and standard practices of the welding trade; various metals and alloys, MIG & TIG for Aluminium welder position.
• Experience using the tools and equipment common in welding to fabricate, fit, assemble, manufacture, and repair parts and equipment; working from blueprints and plans and specifications to determine dimensions, tolerances, and layout of work; determining proper welding techniques for various alloys; maintaining equipment, tools, and a variety of welding devices.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Uses plans, diagrams, blueprints, and work requests to determine project design, and works with requester to insure needs are met and be able to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
• Fabricates equipment by cutting, burning, and welding various metals. Repairs equipment by using welding techniques and appropriate welding equipment.
• Determines metals needed, welding methods, and all particulars of requested jobs; heats and tempers metals.
• Prepares and cleans surfaces and special parts for welding.
• Builds up worn or defective surfaces.
• Selects, positions, aligns, and bolts parts or fixtures to be welded.
• Uses precision measuring tools and all related hand and power tools.
• OH&S aware with a commitment to safety of yourself and others.
