One Solution Building Services specialise in residential and commercial construction, insurance repairs, maintenance and renovations.
We are looking for a fit, healthy, well presented tradesperson who will work well in a team environment, but who is also independently motivated.
Your ability to communicate effectively with home owners, tradespeople, and our administration team will ensure success in this position.
The majority of work is light to medium duty. In addition to Carpentry works, the favourable candidate will be an 'all-rounder', able to undertake general maintenance works including, but not limited to; minor plastering, painting and tiling etc.
You will be required to have own tools, current drivers licence, induction and construction card.
Salary to be negotiated based on experience and included phone, fuel and motor vehicle allowance. Company shirts will also be provided.
The applicant must have:
- The ability to follow company procedures, including safety requirements;
- Proven experience working as a licensed tradesman;
- A current Drivers' Licence;
- The ability to work additional hours if required;
- A professional appearance and good phone manner;
- Competent PC skills including the Microsoft Office Suite;
- A 'can do' energetic attitude and action oriented approach;
- Excellent communication and organisational skills;
- A strong work ethic and to be able think ahead; and
- Sound references
