About the opportunity
Our Glendell MARC team based in the Hunter Valley are seeking an experienced Automotive Electrician to join our onsite team. As the successful applicant you will be required to perform installations, repairs and inspections on a range of Caterpillar equipment in a fast paced work environment. You will apply your high level of technical skill and expertise to carry out these duties in a customer focused manner. You will have a strong drive, motivation and direction to succeed in a safety conscious environment.
What we’re looking for
- Certificate III in Automotive Electrical Technology or equivalent
- Current ARC Air Conditioning Licence
- Dedicated to maintaining and promoting safe work practices
- Strong commitment to meeting customer requirements
- Familiar with Caterpillar Equipment is highly desirable
- Proven experience in a similar role with mechanical aptitude is highly desirable
- Excellent diagnostic and repair skills
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team
You will have a proactive approach to your work with demonstrated experience working in high performing teams and have a methodical approach to problem solving.
