About the role
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Service Advisor.
Based in Essendon North, you will meet and deal with a variety of customers and provide them with accurate advice and an outstanding experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintain and provide an exceptional level of customer service (from vehicle pick-up to handover) and customer advice (on service, parts and accessories)
- Attend to customer queries, make appointments to service customer vehicles, follow-up with customers (e.g. recall, reminders, missed appointments, etc.)
- Relevant paperwork and invoices
Who are we looking for?
A person, with previous service advisory experience, preferably in a similar industry
Experience with the Pentana system (desirable)
Current driver’s licence manual or automatic
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
A ‘can do’ attitude
Results oriented, identifies and uses resources wisely
Work ethic and reliability
Ability to provide an exceptional customer service to everyone, every day!
