Currie Group represents key industry brands such as Horizon, HP Indigo, CRON, Scodix, Omet and other manufacturers. Our staff, support equipment and consumable offerings combined, provide a fully integrated Print Solution to hundreds of companies throughout Australia and New Zealand, Currie Group has offices and staff in all major cities throughout Australia and New Zealand.

The Role

We are looking for a field service engineer to carry out maintenance and repairs (Pre-Ress & Scodix) troubleshooting and remote support, installation and commissioning to our Sydney installation base, with a requirement to travel national and international from time to time. This is a pivotal role to the business as you will join the expanding Australian and New Zealand service team.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Breakdown service & fault finding
  • Installation and commissioning
  • Customer training and mentoring
  • Remote support repairs
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision
  • An individual who is driven and can develop customer relationships
  • Great communication skills, can listen as well as have the ability to establish and build both internal and external relationships
  • Great verbal and written skills
  • IT savvy
  • Disciplined approach to service reporting including service hours and parts usage
  • Ability to travel (when required) nationally & internationally
