New Town Toyota are currently seeking an expert Parts Interpreter to join our team. Toyota experience is preferred however, we are looking for a candidate that shares in our company values.
Main Purpose of the Role:
- Responding to parts enquiries (Phone, Email, Online)
- Offering superior product knowledge
- Building long term relationships with our clients
The applicant must be able to demonstrate the following:
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a Parts Interpreting role (Toyota preferred)
- Strong customer focus and relationship management skills
- Sound Mechanical Aptitude
- Experience using Pentana and Microcat preferred
