The Company
Our client is a well respected, national distributor of quality highway trucks and earth moving equipment. They provide respected brands to support a variety of industries including construction, mining and transport.
The Role
Reporting to the Service Manager, Field Service Technicians are responsible for the day to day maintenance and mechanical repairs of heavy construction equipment, across multiple sites including quarries, construction and demolition sites around Melbourne. Due to the success of winning new contracts they are now seeking multiple Field Service Technicians to work in the Dandenong region.
Responsibilities
- Carry out diagnosis and troubleshooting actions
- Preform high quality mechanical service and maintenance
- Maintain the work area in safe and clean condition
- Record daily, detailed reports from the field
- To travel to various sites
Qualifications & Experience
- Australian recognised trade certificate
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- A current and valid Australian Driving Licence
- Demonstrated high level customer service skills
- Police clearance certificate
