ISS is currently seeking an experienced manager to lead our security team as the Regional Manager at Townsville Airport, employed on a Full Time basis.
The Position:
- Reporting directly to the General Manager – Integrated Facility Services Queensland, for the coordination of team members to ensure efficient and compliant processes in the day to day site operations
- Ensure strong compliance with aviation security regulations and ISS standard operating procedures
- Develop and motivate team members ensuring an engaged team of Aviation Protection Officers (APO’s) to deliver security services
- Maintain strong client relationships and a shared vision with Townsville, Mt Isa & Longreach Airports
- Maintain health, safety and environmental considerations in the airport precinct operations
- Responsible for cost leadership and labour control, proactively identify opportunities for improvement

Minimum Criteria:
- Operational management experience - preferably in a security or aviation environment
- Proven ability to mentor and lead by example
- Exposure to aviation industry and regulatory requirements
- Unrestricted current drivers licence and reliable transport
- Current security qualifications
- Professional presentation and customer service experience
- Excellent time management, written and verbal communication skills
