Our client a leading manufacturer of high end home appliances are looking for an entry level qualified electrician to join their workshop team. This position will see you servicing electrical products within residential homes.
Duties will involve carrying out quality first time fix service repairs, handling and resolving customer complaints, maintain up to date technical knowledge though the use of service documentation, technical data and resources, ensure stock is controlled and customers are advised of payment methods whilst representing the company in a professional manner at all times.
To be considered for this position you will have the following skills and attributes:
- Current disconnect reconnect licence preferred unrestricted electrical licence
- Excellent fault finding skills
- Gas and refrigeration licence highly regarded
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Excellent customer service skills
