Access Group Solutions is a dynamic Facilities Management organisation with a great support team and working conditions.
We are currently seeking Maintenance staff for retail shopping centre in the Newcastle area. Part Time position available.
Suitable applicants should posses experience in handyman type work or retail maintenance, strong customer service skills, have current first aid certificate, clear written and verbal skills. Having a trade qualification or similar is beneficial.
You will liaise with management, suppliers and staff and assist in managing Periodical maintenance Schedule.
Preferably the applicant will have: Maintenance Qualifications & proven experience, driver's license, elevated platform certificate, OH&S General induction certificate and knowledge of WH&S, sustainability & risk management.
