Below Zero Pty. Ltd. is seeking a technician/s to join our Victor Harbor team.
Below Zero is a specialist dealer with both Mitsubishi Electric and Daikin.
Below Zero has a wide range of clients from domestic through to government service contracts.
Role include:
Effectively fault finding, diagnosing & rectifying problems, including undertaking service work on a variety of HVAC equipment in domestic & commercial fields.
Having exposure to installation of new air conditioners both in the domestic range and commercial fields. (Domestic ducted installations are normally sub-contracted)
Commercial refrigeration exposure would be an asset, but additional training can be supplied.
Establishing, developing and maintaining robust relationships with clients and team members
Developing your knowledge across a range of facilities related technology and equipment
Commitment to the highest standards of conduct, ethical behaviour, and Workplace Health and Safety methodologies, reflecting our Company values
Participation in the on-call Roster, as required over the Christmas New Year Period.
Skills and Experience, you must:
- Have the right to work in Australia
- Hold an Air-conditioning and Refrigeration Trade qualification recognised in Australia
- Possess a White card
- Hold a current Drivers Licence (Manual)
- Have a clear verbal and written understanding of the English language.
- Possession of a Restricted Electrical Workers Licence. (B Class)
- ARC licencing.
We would regard these items favourably:
- Working at Heights Competency (desirable)
- Experience commissioning equipment (desirable)
The successful candidate will be supplied with a service vehicle, fuel card, phone, and company clothing.
They will be paid an attractive hourly rate with opportunities for overtime, development and up-skilling.
