There are two busy area’s needing Electrical Fitters to start asap.

Area 1 Locomotive Shop, your duties will include:

Diagnostic repairs and general fault finding
Follow detailed plans as part of the modification processes required
Comfortable working on installation of sensitive electrical equipment

Area 2 Engine & Traction Workshop, your duties will include:

Run performance diagnostic checks on Traction Motors
Test, repair or modify associated electrical components
Test, repair or modify associated mechanical components

What you will need to join the crew:

Relevant Trade Qualification: Electrical Fitter ( mandatory)
LF Forklift ticket ( mandatory)
DG Dogmans ticket ( highly regarded) or be willing to obtain
Willingness to be part of a team

What we offer:

Mon- Fri work days
9 day fortnight
Regular overtime
$33.94 p/hr
Regular on site Account Manager
