The Role
  • The role is based in Ballarat servicing customers in the region 
  • You will proactively service and maintain existing sites
  • You will be on a roster for on call support
  • Ensure that product and service promises are delivered.
Your Duties
  • Service security panels including Tecom, K6000's and CCTV
  • Problem solve maintenance of complex security services
  • Assess customer site and provide update to customers on their systems, enquiring on use and any concerns
  • Sign off on the work, clean the site and discuss status with the customer
Your Expertise
  • You have knowledge of networking and IT
  • You must be organised, disciplined and able to manage your time
  • You will have the ability to project manage your individual jobs
  • You obtain a clear understanding of the customers' requirements.
  • You fix any issues promptly while they are small
  • Capacity to learn, training includes full ongoing product knowledge.
