The Role
We are currently looking for a Quality Manager based at our Cascade Brewery in Hobart.
The Quality Manager is responsible for driving the CUB Brewing and Quality strategy, overseeing the implementation of the requirements, policies, procedures, programs and training components, to reduce risk and ensure the quality and safety of our products for customers and consumers
The role will lead and manage the quality department (talent management, performance management, capability building, process and systems) in order to achieve the required business outputs in the most efficient and effective manner
Who you are
The Quality Manager will demonstrate a passion for quality and a passion for quality in our products, as well as:
- Bachelor’s degree in science and previous experience in FMCG/Manufacturing would be highly advantageous
- 5+ years’ experience in Quality Management
- Knowledge of and has worked with ANZ food regulations and export regulations
- Demonstrated experience in the implementation and governance of quality management system and food safety management.
- Advanced knowledge of product traceability
- HACCP trained
- Knowledge of food microbiology, food safety, and food defense
- Planning and organizational skills that focus on delivery of outcomes.
