About the company:
The company is a well known food manufacturer based in the South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne.
This will be a contract role initially with view for extension on day shift (8am-4pm) with the occasional need to start earlier or later.

About the role:
The main purpose of this position is to ensure that the day shift is running smoothly.
Managing a small team of QC Inspectors, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Risk assessments
• Ensuring products comply with Company food systems
• Raw material and finished product release
• Data analysis
• Report writing

Previous experience in the food or industry is essential.

Candidates with SAP experience will be highly regarded.

You will be a quality-focused individual with excellent attention to detail, have good communication skills and have the ability to work in fast-paced environment.
