This National Environmental Consultancy is offering a chance to work under a pair of Environmental Auditors that will support your technical growth while you manage intermediates and build the pipeline. This role organically develops into a State Manager Position.
This role is ideal for gaining the management experience that isn’t being offered at comparable firms, you’ll be stepping into an office with 2 intermediate consultants whose primary focus is technical delivery. They’re reasonably autonomous and currently being remotely managed out of a separate office.
A typical day for you will be technically delivering assessment and remediation work, leading this team of 2 and growing the office. Initially this will occur by pulling more fees off current clients and seeing what new projects you can attain through your existing work. Once the work is there, you will have a mandate to further grow the team.
The consultancy has an excellent reputation in the industry, in part due to the profiles of its EPA Auditors and Senior staff as well as the quality of their work and culture, which are second to none.
