North East Link Authority is currently seeking a Senior Land Advisor to join our Land, Planning and Environment team. Reporting to the Manager, Land this role will assist in identifying the land status and deliver the land assembly program required in order to plan and construct North East Link. The Senior Land Advisor will play a key role by providing advice on matters relating to land and property including access and leasing for the project.

Specifically, this role is responsible for identifying all affected owner, occupier, and third-party interests associated with the North East Link project. This role has a strong focus on dealing with land and property issues across public, private, and Crown land. If you possess such expertise and have strong communication skills and an ability to manage competing priorities within a fast-paced environment, this may be the opportunity for you!

Key to your application will be your professional expertise as well as your ability to understand, identify, pre-empt and mitigate land related project issues. An aptitude to develop positive relationships and work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders will see you thrive in this role.
