Our client based in the inner South East is seeking an experienced OC Manager or an experienced OC Assistant looking to progress in their career to join their mid sized team. We will also consider a residential or commercial Property Manager looking to move across to Owners Corporation.
Believing its all about the right attitude, this person must be a reliable with a high level of attention to detail, be happy to work autonomously and just get on and do a great job! We will consider an assistant ready to step up in to a Managers role. The portfolio is approximately 80 properties.
This involves no weekend work and a rostered day off will be provided monthly to compensate for some after hours meetings that will be required.
A car park will be provided for this person.

Duties include but not limited to;
- Day to day management duties of an Owners Corporation portfolio
- Liaise with key stake holders including committees, trades people
- AGM preparation, meeting and post AGM works
- Take minutes, and complete work orders
- Oversee insurance for properties
- Compliance
- Previous OC or Property Management experience
- A Positive personality attitude is EVERYTHING for this organisation
- Exceptional written, spoken communication and presentation
- Great time management skills
