This major national retail group are continuing their progressive expansion throughout Australia; with this in mind they are seeking a retail property leasing and project specialist to assist their national strategy.
 
Your responsibilities will be to manage the process of leasing, tenancy mix and strategic planning. To be successful in this role you'll have a strong understanding of all property legislation and a detailed knowledge of the retail leasing act.
 
Key responsibilities will include;
 
- Create and implement retail strategies, risk mitigation and financial feasibility matters.
 
- Manage internal and external relationships including agency and tenant relations .
 
- Project leasing for new developments 
 

The Ideal candidate will have the following skills;
 
- Minimum of five years’ experience in property leasing and development, ideally within retail.
 
- Knowledge of local and national real estate terminology and guidelines pertaining to real estate management and development.
 
- The ability to prepare and present written reports to the state and national management team for real estate matters.

The position offers a good base salary plus package; it is open to those with unrestricted work entitlement with proven local experience.
